Overnight rain of .36 did not do a lot to alleviate the lack of snow over the winter.  Still experiencing a drought, hopeful the predicted rain over the next 4 days will change the area.  Farmers have started planting for the season, grass/wild fires have been more prevalent. Birds, rabbits etc are looking for water, using any small amount they can find such as a water fountain not yet running for the summer.
