This is about my frost gauge from NOAA. This morning at 6am it was frozen and I couldn't see how far as the BB was stuck in ice at 22" and there was ice below that level. I checked now. The BB is free from the ice at 22". It moves freely between 24" and the bottom of the gauge. I could not see any space where the BB might have come loose. There was no spot where the BB moved into the ice towards the 22" mark. I will guess the mystery will remain by me but maybe somewhere else this has happened and someone knows the correct answer. I hope this is shared for others and possible future events. I have not had this happened before now. Thank-you! |
